Neighborhood Updates - Stay up-to-date with neighborhood events and happenings between annual meetings by:
- Creating & regularly checking your online account with IntegrityAMG
- Joining the Spence's Field email blast list by emailing the Secretary (be sure to keep an eye on your "promotions" or junk email files, as sometimes Constant Contact emails can get stuck there)
- joining the Spence's Field Facebook account
Common Areas - Report any issues or concerns with the neighborhood common areas (pool, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, field, entrance, or landscaping) either by contacting
Pool/Tennis Access - It's summertime, and the livin' is easy, BUT you don't have the pool or tennis courts key card. Solution - email the Secretary.
ARC Forms/Requests - Updating your home's exterior or landscaping? Be sure to get ARC approval BEFORE making any changes. Get more information, submit ARC requests, or get status updates on your ARC requests by:
- Accessing your online account with IntegrityAMG
- Checking out our ARC page
- Emailing ARC directly
Bylaws & Covenants - Find the HOA's Bylaws, Covenants, and other governing documents (including amendments) here.
Contact Information - Update yours by:
- Logging into your online account with IntegrityAMG
- Emailing the Secretary
Mailboxes - Order parts or replacements for your mailbox here.
New Homeowners
Welcome Letter - Let the HOA know of your arrival and contact information by completing this info form and emailing it to the board.
Initiation Fee - Contact the board for the current initiation fee amount.
