The budget is changing a lot in 2024 here are some common questions that may come up and their answers:
The budget can be found on this website on the Documents page. It was also mailed and emailed to all residents.
There are many factors leading to the budget increase this year. We will go over this in detail in our annual meeting on January 30, 2024 at 7 PM to be held at the Alpharetta City Hall (normal room on the right side of the building). At a high level some reasons are:
Large maintenance needed on some common areas
Reserves and operating funds are low
Capital improvements are planned for the upcoming year or two
Costs are increasing
Yes, you can have a say at the annual meetings. Please refer to Section 4.04 of the Bylaws to see the specifics of what members can do. The bylaws can be found on the Documents page.
Yes! If you want a say in how a large portion of this new budget is spent - join the newly forming Amenity improvement committee to see how the new funds will be spent to revamp/ replace/ renew our Amenities.
No, there is no longer a 10% discount for paying in full.

As mentioned in the annual meeting and on the Facebook page - we have not received volunteers for the Treasurer or the Secretary positions as part of the HOA Board. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer. Please help us keep our HOA run by residents.
As a reminder - cars may not be parked on the street overnight. Lets keep our streets clear so we can avoid blind spots and tight spaces.
Starting middle of last year all new ARC requests should be submitted through Integrity's website. The forms are the same but instead of emailing them to the Architectural Review Committee, it is a simple submission process. Please contact the board or ARC Chair with any questions.
