Budget FAQs

The budget is changing a lot in 2024 here are some common questions that may come up and their answers:


Where is the budget for 2024?

The budget can be found on this website on the Documents page. It was also mailed and emailed to all residents.


Why is the budget increasing by so much?

There are many factors leading to the budget increase this year. We will go over this in detail in our annual meeting on January 30, 2024 at 7 PM to be held at the Alpharetta City Hall (normal room on the right side of the building). At a high level some reasons are:


Do I get a say in the budget?

Yes, you can have a say at the annual meetings. Please refer to Section 4.04 of the Bylaws to see the specifics of what members can do. The bylaws can be found on the Documents page.


Do I get a say in how the money is spent?

Yes! If you want a say in how a large portion of this new budget is spent - join the newly forming Amenity improvement committee to see how the new funds will be spent to revamp/ replace/ renew our Amenities.


Is there still a 10% discount for paying in full at the beginning of the year?

No, there is no longer a 10% discount for paying in full.


Can I pay at a different rate other than yearly or Quarterly?

Possibly, contact us at board@spencesfield.com and we can work with you and integrety on a case-by-case basis.


What if I have questions not answered here?

Please email the board at board@spencesfield.com with your questions and we will work to get you answers.

Looking for Volunteers

As mentioned in the annual meeting and on the Facebook page - we have not received volunteers for the Treasurer or the Secretary positions as part of the HOA Board. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer. Please help us keep our HOA run by residents.

Road Parking Policies

As a reminder - cars may not be parked on the street overnight. Lets keep our streets clear so we can avoid blind spots and tight spaces.

New ARC Request Submission Process

Starting middle of last year all new ARC requests should be submitted through Integrity's website. The forms are the same but instead of emailing them to the Architectural Review Committee, it is a simple submission process. Please contact the board or ARC Chair with any questions.
